Rooted touch
for fluid bodies.
Our bodies are living, breathing organisms. Fluid and ever-changing. My sessions are any invitation to be held, to feel, to breath and unwind.
What is Zenthai Shiatsu?
Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic bodywork technique that weaves Zen Shiatsu accupressure, Thai massage movements, and osteopathic principles into a fluid, responsive practice. Sessions support the release of physical tension, mobility, fascial hydration, and regulation of the nervous system, amplifying the body's natural capacity for self-healing and vital flow.
Each session is guided by your unique needs. Assessment draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine and osteopathy; touch ranges from still, grounding holds to rhythmic, wave-like mobilizations.
Each session is tailored (through movement, acupressure and connective tissue work) to meet what your body is asking for today.

About me
I'm Toni (all pronouns), a gender nonconforming Zenthai Shiatsu bodyworker.
My life has been a journey of exploring self, connection and belonging, drawing wisdom from both ancient traditions and lived experience.
From my rural roots in the East of Germany, to years in Spain, and now Berlin, I've carried the threads of curiosity, resilience, and a search for authenticity.
As a queer person, I've known both deep loneliness and profound connection. Each chapter has given me lessons in adaptability, trust, and the importance of finding home within myself.
At this stage of my life, I feel deeply drawn to the stories our bodies carry and the quiet intelligence they hold. My practice is about creating a space where you are truly met: nurtured, held, and free to explore your own unfolding, transformation, and reconnection.
I trained with Natan Leijssen and Zenthai founder Gwyn Williams through the 8 month Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist program.
Ethos & Approach
I don't see the body as something broken that needs fixing. You're already whole, already carrying the wisdom you need. Your body understands its story far better than I ever could. I'm not here to diagnose or explain your pain. I'm here to accompany you as you explore, to witness what unfolds, and to support you in ways that feel safe and accessible. My role is simple: to listen, to hold space, and to offer support through touch and movement.
Our stories cannot be told apart from the historical and political landscapes that shape them. Knowing our privileges, and recognizing the pressures of human made systems like capitalism and patriarchy, reveals how deeply external structures impact our bodies, our health, and our sense of self.
I honor a slow view of healing. Healing is non-linear. It's a journey shaped by many things: sometimes flowing smoothly, sometimes circling back on itself. There will be ease, and there may also be setbacks. This doesn't mean you're failing. It's simply how life moves through us: shifting, cyclical, unpredictable. Everyone's path is different. Healing isn't something to "achieve" once and for all. It's an ongoing relationship with our body. My invitation is to meet that process with patience, curiosity, and compassion. And to remember that in all of its complexity, your journey is valid, and you are never alone in it.Each session is part of an unfolding, not a finish line.
